"Friendly staff and very clean and tidy rooms. We were on the 2nd floor so the views were very nice too. There is on-site parking available for a fee but make sure to reserve your spot in advance. Breakfast was complimentary and it was a buffet so a variety to choose from and You can make your own fresh waffles!!!! Overall great experience. "

"The suite was perfect really large and it looked like it had just been refurbished. Breakfast however was disappointing. Tea and coffee poor and the hot stuff wasnt very nice, this was strange as the food in the restaurant the day before was ok"

"My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night. "

The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

"Our shepherd hut in Pinewood was spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. Staff were always on hand if needed and really helpful at checkin (the process for checking in and out was seamless). Marshmallows, skewers, logs for the indoor and outdoor wood burners, and upmarket tea bags all complimentary; only let down by basic Nescafé coffee sachets and pots of UHT milk. "Great treehouse with buggy. Up early to go around the park with the buggy. Loved the clubhouse bar, toasting marshmallows over the fire. We would return, loved the animals, grounds & restaurants too! "

The room was a big let down, I have stayed there before and said that the rooms looked tired and I was assured that they were being upgraded in January . "This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, we turned up after a long days working to the drunk owner arm wrestling in the hotel, smoking inside amd flicking it in a stella glass. It was honestly like a scene out of the league of gentleman. We wemt straight to bed, to be knoked up at midnight by the steaming owner.
