The dock is an ideal area to experience a serene, early morning quiet time, as well as the opportunity to witness a "front row" view of a sunset containing colors of pink, purple, and blue. A covered porch with a television offers the perfect place to grill and relax in the evenings, after a fun day on the lake.

The master bedroom with a king size bed, offers the calming view of the smooth early morning lake scene. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed that is comforting and relaxing, with an attached bathroom. This home has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A custom bar area is the perfect place to keep your beverage ingredients as you enjoy your time at "The 808". The stairs lead to a spacious loft area with both a queen size and a full size bed . This loft is a nautical-themed area for kids, as well as adults, to have their own space. Both loft beds have a great lake view. The custom made, well-stocked kitchen, meets the needs of fixing a picnic basket for your day on the lake, as well as preparing dinner as you enjoy a relaxed evening.

Lake Keowee Marina and Tiki Hut are within view of the backyard and just a short boat ride away. The Lighthouse Restaurant is a 15 minute boat ride that offers an indoor restaurant for nice dining, as well as an outdoor area for dining that is more appropriate for your fun lake day attire. If you choose, you can spend a day hiking to several locally-known waterfalls that are just a short 20-30 minute drive.
