Play a round of billiards, then step outside to take a dip in the private hot tub. A waterfall for added ambience. Cathedral ceilings soar in the stylish living area - enjoy streaming a movie on the smart TV. Map out plans for the day in the office. The game room has a queen sofa bed, a pool table, and a smart TV.

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample space to work your culinary magic. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar. Gather for a family-style feast at the adjacent dining table.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).The fireplace is not operational. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
