"The outdoor area was a mess. We stayed on the fourth floor and the elevator was making a horrible noise. Lastly, the A/C wasn’t working correctly and never got cool. I also noticed lots of homeless people around the parking area and on the street by the hotel."

"I was in room 109, right next to the elevator equipment room. The noise was terrible. I did talk with the person working and they did offer to move me but it would have been a different room type. I decided to stay in the room an use ear plugs. The room was great but the sounds were constant till about 11:00pm and then begun at 6:30 am.
Why this room is even rented out boggles the mind.
Also, it would be nice to see bacon for breakfast and free EV charging."
