The Space:

Perched atop Frady Mountain, the Lodge is a newly renovated 1960s ranch-style home with long-range winter views, privacy, and a true sense of retreat.



The open-concept living area has a gas fireplace (OCT–APRIL), a great room with walls of windows, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and an island that seats four. The sunroom dining table seats 12.



Downstairs, the Red Stag Lounge is a vintage-inspired retreat built around a second gas fireplace (OCT–APRIL), with karaoke, a wet bar, booth seating, and two vintage arcade games—perfect for unforgettable nights in.



Step outside to the highlight of the property: deck dining for 14, a private hot tub, a cedar barrel sauna, a covered patio with a pool table and ping-pong, and fire pit seating, all surrounded by trees. It feels completely secluded, yet you're just minutes from grocery stores and Asheville's top attractions.



The ridgetop also has a separate A-Frame cabin, rented on its own. Lodge guests have use of the shared pickleball and basketball court.

Guest Access:

Guests access the property with a keyless entry code that is activated on the day of arrival. Each guest gets their own code, active only from check-in to check-out, to ensure security.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked away on a private road with only a handful of homes, this setting offers a rare sense of seclusion and quiet—without sacrificing convenience to Asheville's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hilltop is shared with a separate A-Frame cabin (also available to rent), and guests have access to the shared pickleball and basketball court.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is recommended to fully explore Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy scenic drives along the world-famous Blue Ridge Parkway and easy access to some of the area’s best hiking trails.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available and a convenient option for heading into town or enjoying Asheville’s renowned restaurants and breweries.

Other Things to Note:

The house is located in a heavily wooded area with bears, deer, and other local wildlife. You will need to take precaution to keep all house doors, windows, and vehicles locked, as well as trash contained. Do not leave food in your vehicle.



While all our properties have routine pest control, we are surrounded by nature and at times nature will find its way inside.



There are two exterior security cameras on the Lodge, covering the entrance and driveway. They record 24/7 for security purposes.



EVENTS: No events or gatherings without prior written approval, including visitors beyond the 18 registered guests. Message us to inquire about any type of event before booking.



The pickleball and basketball court is shared with the A-Frame cabin on the property.
