Step back in time when you stay at the pet-friendly* Georgia Belle, a 100-year old charming Arts & Crafts style home, restored with all the modern conveniences. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and experience Weaverville, our own upscale “Mayberry,” half a block and walking distance from Main Street with access to Judy’s Well-Bred Bakery & Café , as well as many restaurants, breweries, shops, local art galleries, and a nature park.

This 2,000 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home provides a great space for friends and family gatherings. With a spacious living room, including a gas fireplace, family room with large screen smart TV, a fully furnished, covered front porch with gas firepit for outside dining. The modern kitchen is fully-stocked with all appliances including a large 5-burner gas stove. We provide coffee beans, coffee grinder, coffee maker and filters, a variety of herbal teas, condiments, paper products, soaps, storage items. The dining room seats 6-8, all linens and towels are provided, free Wi-Fi and high-speed internet, 4 TV’s with Roku streaming services, including Spectrum's new streaming app with 250 live channels.

For outside entertaining there is a gas grill and a fenced yard, with new pet-friendly anti-microbial synthetic turf for your furry family members to enjoy!

As a special treat for our guests, fresh baked cookies from Judy’s famous Well-Bred Bakery & Café and a $10 gift certificate waiting for you on your arrival.

For larger gatherings, there are 2 additional studio apartments we call the Georgia Peaches (upper & lower) located on the property behind the Georgia Belle.

* Pet Policy - Pet fee is $25 per pet, per night

PLEASE - No Pets on beds! - While we do NOT allow pets on beds, If your pet sleeps with you, you may bring your own bedding including sheets, pillowcases, and any blankets or comforters. Please let us know if this is the case and that you'll will be bringing your own. We will leave your beds without linens at your request, and leave ours in the closet.

Please note: Dog hair on bedding will incur an automatic additional $50 charge per bed.

Dog beds are not provided, please bring your dogs favorite, comfy bed from home.

Please do not use our bath towels for your pet. Paper towels and dog towels are provided for that purpose.

Clean up after your pet: Please be courteous and responsible to other guests and clean up any/all pet refuse in or out of dog pens. We have several “doggy waste bag” dispensers on the property for your convenience and a poop scooper in pet yards.

Pets are expected to be current on their shots and have flea protection treatment.

Pets must be leashed at all times when outside.
If your pet sheds excessively or there is extra cleaning required due to pet hair, stains or odors there will be an extra cleaning charge.

Please be considerate of your fellow neighbors who may be disturbed from your dog’s barking.

Dogs are not to be left unattended. We can provide a soft sided crate if necessary and a list of doggie day cares.

Registered Service and ESA Animals: Guests with certified service or ESA animals are allowed; we ask that you provide email documentation of your certification.
