During summer months, feel free to help yourself to fresh blackberries from the brambles out front (look for completely black, plump berries that detach easily from the stem). Please be watchful for poison ivy along the treeline.

Modern Conveniences: Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on Smart TVs in every bedroom. In each bedroom, you'll also find easily accessible power stations to charge your electronic devices.

Your Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Prepare delicious meals in your fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker, and a Keurig coffee maker. You'll find dishware, flatware, a toaster, and convenient bar seating. We provide trash bags, paper towels, and cleaning supplies to make your stay effortless.

Comfortable Bedrooms:
Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable Queen bed and a Smart TV for your relaxation. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom.

Additional Amenities:
For your convenience, we provide fresh towels and linens, complimentary toiletries, laundry detergent, hair dryers, and clothes hangers. A dedicated laundry room is available for your use. For your safety, the home is equipped with a smart lock, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm.

For your comfort, noise-canceling machines are provided in each bedroom for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.

Dogs welcome!
We completely understand how important it is to bring your dogs on vacation - they’re family too! We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs, with a few guidelines to make sure everyone (including future guests) has a great stay:

Because our backyard is limited in size and includes a fire pit, we can accommodate no more than two dogs, and each dog must weigh under 40 lbs. All dogs are subject to host approval before your stay. Pet fee is $125.

Please note that while having visitors to the home is perfectly fine, this is not an event space. PLEASE - no parties!

Guest access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire house and yards during your stay. Please note that one owner's closet on the first floor will remain inaccessible. For your security, there is one external Ring Doorbell Security Camera located at the front door entrance.

Early Check-ins: We make every effort to accommodate early check-ins at a rate of $25 per hour, which can only be confirmed the day prior to your arrival.

It is possible you may encounter a spider, ant, cricket, or other small insect. We reserve the right to not issue a refund in the unlikely event you come across any insects, bugs, or rodents.
