Charming bedroom and bathroom with adjoining living room in private home. Kitchenette and washer/dryer. There are no shared spaces with a completely private entry.
Plenty of natural light from windows (blackout curtains included) and screen door from bedroom opens to large covered and screened-in patio with comfortable furniture and view to backyard. Ample bathroom/shower with large tub for two. Private entry way and ample parking. Easy to locate and close to shops and restaurants, downtown Asheville (4.7 miles) and the Biltmore Estate. Keurig coffee maker (with coffee), toaster and microwave included. Smart TV, Netflix, Internet and Wi-fi included. Fully equipped with towels, hair dryer, soap. Mugs and plates, cookware and utensils available as well as napkins. Peaceful and quiet family neighborhood ). A municipal golf course is walking distance. Plenty of trees and relaxing. Minutes to downtown Asheville (3 miles away) and close to Asheville Mall and restaurants. The Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking trails are also within minutes of driving distance. The space will have plenty of information booklets on the local sites to see, restaurant guide and map of Asheville. Me, the property owner will be happy to answer your questions. I love this neighborhood and was lucky to have found this cheerful home.

Fantastic

We had such a great stay and Tamara is so welcoming. The place was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities for comfort. We come to Asheville once a year and we will always try to book this pace each time.

Birthday Weekend!

My husband and I had a wonderful birthday weekend in Asheville at the host's rental. The unit was perfect for what we needed - relaxation in a place close to downtown. The unit was clean and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing on the screen-in back porch. The host was always available and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We would definitely stay again on any future trips.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed the area it was close to everything down town. The host was very accommodating and really sweet. She informed me on a good restaurant to try and was very helpful. I would definitely book her spot again.

The space was sparkling clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything we needed and more was included in our stay. Especially enjoyed the bath bomb in the large tub. Host was available if we needed her. Would recommend.

You'll feel right at home!

This was a fantastic home base for our 5 night stay in Ashville. The location exceeded my expectations the neighborhood was fantastic! Shortly after arrival our host came to say hello which was a nice surprise! We spent some time chatting getting to know a little bit more about our host, and the charming guest house we would call home for the week. She also had recommendations for some local spots to check out. The house itself was accurate to the listing and very comfortable. We brought our dog along for his first mountain vacation and she even had a bag of treats and poop bags to! Thoughtful touches and a kind peraonable host, I would absolutely recommend this gem! Thanks!

Perfect Asheville retreat

Exactly as promised, lovely accommodations in a charming, quiet neighborhood convenient to all Asheville attractions. We loved meeting and talking with our delightful host, Tamara, who has thought of and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. We welcomed the first cool fall days on the generous screened porch overlooking the large and very private fenced backyard. Couldn't have been happier during our stay, and we'll certainly make this our first choice when we again visit Asheville. Thank you, Tamara!

Quiet, Peaceful, Private Retreat

Tamara is a fabulous hostess and her VRBO is a wonderful, peaceful retreat. Tamara went out of her way to accommodate special needs that I had. Her willingness to work to accommodate those needs and her enthusiasm for life, her property and her beloved Asheville gave me confidence and enthusiasm for my own trip to Asheville, having not travelled in years! Her guest suite was an excellent choice. The suite, with private access, is on the back of Tamara’s house, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The suite has a nice sitting room, private bath w soaking tub, private bedroom with totally comfy queen bed and wonderful, relaxing screened-in porch. The porch was the perfect spot for delicious NC BarBQ take-out from Luella’s, shared with visiting family members, as we listened to the sounds of nature at night on our private, spacious, well-appointed screened-in porch overlooking private fenced yard. Highly recommend!

Lovely little place

For two people on a weekend trip this was a great place to stay. The screened in porch is very spacious and great for sitting outside and relaxing. We enjoyed the bathtub too after a long day in downtown. Host was very nice and communicated with us as needed. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

I booked this stay for my wife and I. It was our first wedding anniversary, and I could not be happier about the time we had. The host was exceptional and even left us a beautiful card and some champagne for the occasion. She recommended a nice little spot for breakfast, which we enjoyed and responded to every question or need in a quickly manner. I would definitely stay here again. First class all the way.

I was in town for a few days to take some Continuing education classes and this place was just perfect! Tamara is lovely and the space is so warm and inviting! Good location, no privacy

Decent location, nice small room. Note there is no privacy. You can hear the owner walking around, music, their dogs, microwave, etc. Plumbing is EXTREMELY loud. Definitely best for those on a budget and sound sleepers

Pleasant neighborhood, I loves the tub.

Quaint and well-kept living space. I enjoyed relaxing in the luxurious bathtub and eating on the enclosed porch. The host has two friendly dogs. I heard them bark a few times. But I didn’t find it bothers and it never disturb my stay.

Great host, great stay!

My wife and I wanted a couple of days of relaxation in the mountains so we chose this place. Tamara was great! She was very communicative before and during our stay. She had some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. The space is a guest suite on the backside of the house with private access. You have your own screened in porch which was so relaxing to drink coffee in the cool morning weather. It is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. You would definitely feel safe if you wanted to go for a walk. It's just a short drive to downtown Asheville where we spent most of our time.

Awesome, Wonderland Stay

Tamara was a wonderful host! She made me feel very comfortable and my dogs were very good as well. Tamara made sure I was taken care of with everything she provided. Tamara has great communication skills and treats you with respect. I couldn't have asked for a better host. The place was really clean and Tamara gave you your space. Wonderful place

The rental is in a really nice quiet neighborhood and the place itself was very clean/convenient/well laid out. The place was well stocked and Tamara was very accommodating in making sure our stay was a nice one. The bathtub was great too. Will definitely stay again!
