"I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. "Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

"Very clean, amazing hotel, love the decor, love all the fancy lights in the rooms. Shower could of been hotter. Plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet, only thing we couldn't work out was the coffee machine pod. There was noise coming from outside but that was from the binmen I believe and it was at 6 30am on a Sunday morning , which I didn't want waking up at that time. Other than that it was a comfortable night and will be back again"

Grade II*listed One of four churches with this dedication in Lincolnshire, Saint Hybald was a Saxon Saint who died in circa 690. The church dates from the 12th century onwards, and once belonged to the Knights Templar. It was partly rebuilt in the mid 19th century following a fire. There is a west tower with a spire, nave, north porch, chancel, and vestry. The tower dates from the 13th century, although has been much restored. There is a battlemented parapet with gargoyles and recessed octagonal spire with one tier of lucarnes. There are five bells. The nave has a three bay arcade, however the north aisle has gone and a wall was built just north of the piers. The north door has a 13th century arch with dogtooth decoration. The font is from the early 14th century being a hexagonal bowl on a square base decorated with fleurons. At the west end of the nave there is a fragment of a tombstone to Isabel de la Launde from c. 1400. The nave roof is a 19th-century hammer beam with carved Angels. The chancel contains a monument to Edward King, died 1617, and his two wives. On the opposite wall is the other half of the original monument, namely his children. It was originally all one. There is a small single manual organ attributed to Flight and Robson from the early 19th century.

No apology what's so ever!! The staff member said I hope it will be better next time, to which I replied "I doubt there will be a next time" When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable. The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair.. Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again". Regards Sue Smith"
