"The staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Carpet in our room was in poor condition unfortunately being threadbare in parts but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was pretty good quality just beware that some items on menu are additional cost which are marked."

"Very comfortable rooms, abundant free parking, nice toiletries and lovely staff. Location was also very convenient for visiting my family in Norwich's Golden Triangle. The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast. "Carpark directions on the website were brilliant, there was plenty of parking space and we were able to get the permit before check in. The hotel is in a great location for town centre. The room we stayed in and some parts of the building looked tired, but were clean. Our room didn't have any towels in, but reception soon sorted that out. The room was very hot. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to look after our dog."
