"The property was falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms when it was 6 bedrooms. The house was very untidy and sheets were not washed. Used toilet paper was even found in drawers. We had to clean up ourselves as soon as we got there. Even though photo evidence was submitted to Vrbo, they could not get the host to compensate for at least the false advertising. This is where I believe Vrbo was complicit. Poor customer service. NEVER USING Vrbo AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY."

"Lovely house in close proximity to Donington Race Track Co-op near by, easy to grab a taxi or bus Nice and clean, cosy and spacious. Quiet neighbourhood Parking is a bit tricky, off street parking is available first come first serve. "

"We came to Matlock with the kids and grandkids from Canada, to show them their roots! The house was just perfect. A perfect spot for family and friends to visit, and we were within walking distance of shops, pubs, and a park. Daniel was very quick to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing time, and it was hard to leave!"

"We had a brilliant time here, the cottage is clean and very cosy. Jackie and her husband are very nice people and they made us feel welcome. The area of the cottage is great for walks and the town of Ashbourne is only a walk away, we will be back "

"We had a wonderful stay. Very good location. Ideal for family gatherings. Lovely to have the addition of a stair gates, high chairs and cots. A perfect kitchen and dining area for us all to eat and gather.Great to have lots of parking as well.Would make it just perfect to have a tumble dryer or some more clothes horses at least as was a struggle to dry clothes. Otherwise perfect "

"Lovely apartment. The stairs provide useful training for any walks you might be planning (lol). The kitchen was well equipped and a generally sure location. Anyone over 6 foot tall may have to duck to get under the shower properly but that wasn't a problem for us."

"Bradwell is a great location for visiting the Peak District: it's close to many of the popular hikes, but it doesn't feel overrun with other tourists. The house was very well set up and comfortable. "
