"We were traveling from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. This spot was the perfect place to stay as it was about a 3 1/2hr drive from LV and only a 45min drive to GC. Close to dining and the grocery store so we went forced to eat out each night. They were very responsive any time I messaged them. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures and was super easy to find. Definitely recommend. "

"My stay began on a Friday and concluded on a Sunday. The weather was cold and snowy outside, but very comfortable inside the RV. I was not cold even once. I do recommend that you bring your own blankets as the ones provided are a little bit lite should the power and heat go out. Utensils, pots and pans, and dishware were all availalble for use. "This cabin has everything you need whether you stay for a week or a month. I stay in many rentals every year and this one tops the list. It has Pots and pans with lids, lots of dishes, containers, towels, blankets, pillows, fans and games. I mention these things by name because i recently stayed in a place with one towel, one roll of tp, mismatched dishes and two drops of soap. This rental is a very, very nice place to stay."

"This Lodge had plenty of room for the whole family, adults,teenagers and the little ones. FALTA DE RESPEITO E CUIDADO.
"Passei 1 dia nesse hotel , antigo. Recepção a mais fria que vi . No quarto meu abajur e de meu marido não funcionavam . Hoje ao acordar, meia hora depois a luz acabou.Não havia gerador. O café da manhã não tinha uma simples jarra de água.Apenas alimentos frios como disse a gerência. Frio entende-se algumas fatias de pão de forma e geleia . E mesmo assim esses alimentos encontravam em uma sala escura com algumas lanternas que mais pareciam de brinquedo. Não comemos nada e qual foi minha surpresa qdo estava na sala de estar do hotel e uma funcionária chega com copos de café fresco e lanches quentes do Mac Donalds para os funcionários, que comeram ali na sala na minha frente sem se importar . Ao ir embora, reclamamos com a gerente , não pela falta de luz, mas pela falta de sensibilidade pois questionamos a falta de um plano de contingência. Fomos hostilizados pela mesma e visto que não haveria entendimento da parte da mesma, fomos embora sem mais reclamar, até porque a responsável não nos deixava falar , dizendo que havia CAFÉ FRIO e que para bom entendedor, estava bom . NUNCA MAIS FICO NESSA REDE . Sou frequentadora ativa da Hotels.com e espero uma resposta, pela falta de empatia, falta de um plano de contingência e o descaso comigo e meu marido."
