The cottage is settled in the "Crete Senesi" area at only 10km from Siena and 15km from Asciano village.
This is one of the most suggestive place in South Siena and for this the most pictured. The Leonina hill is part of the" Site Transitoire", the magic sculpture of Jean Paul Philippe.
The cottage is surrounded by a wide beautiful private garden (about 2400 sqm). Private swimming pool (4x8 deep 1,20m). Two covered Patio's with garden furniture.
The just well renewed house has traditional Tuscan cotto floor and wood beam sealing. In the bedrooms parquet floor. Very high standard furnishings.
From bedrooms windows and from the kitchen wood door beautiful view towards swimming pool and country side. Siena is also visible at the horizon.

Head to Museo del Paesaggio and Castello di Montalto. Take your kids to Chianti Sculpture Park. Hit the town centre to dine and shop. You can also pay a visit to Castello di Brolio and Duomo di Siena. Excursions to Uffizi Gallery and Castello di Meleto are also possible from here.
