Northwest Asbury offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood just minutes from the beach. Tree-lined streets are dotted with charming owner-occupied homes, beautiful lawns, lush foliage, and inviting porches. Wide avenues provide ample parking, while sidewalks are lively with neighbors out walking, biking, and enjoying the fresh air. Close enough to easily enjoy the beach, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it’s the perfect place to relax and feel at home.

A Few Important House Rules

• Parking: Please do not park in the alley or double-park.
• Guests: Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. The primary renter who makes the reservation must be 21 or older and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee per pet.
• Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, so loud parties and excessive noise are not permitted.
• Weddings: This home is not a wedding venue, but it’s a wonderful space for bridal parties to get ready, gather, or use as a meeting point before the celebration.

Getting Around

Many guests and locals enjoy the convenience of walking or biking to the beach from the neighborhood. Asbury Park is also easy to explore by bike, scooter, rideshare, or public transportation.

Getting Around Locally: VEO RIDE electric scooters are available throughout Asbury Park, making it easy to get to the beach, downtown, restaurants, and surrounding areas. Metered and permit parking is available in designated areas, particularly closer to the beach and downtown. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are also convenient options for getting around the city.

By Train: Asbury Park is easily accessible via NJ Transit’s North Jersey Coast Line, connecting communities throughout the Jersey Shore and beyond.

By Car: The home is conveniently accessible from the Garden State Parkway and NJ Route 33, making travel to and from Asbury Park easy whether you're arriving from north, south, east, or west.

• Bedrooms Upstairs: All bedrooms are located on the second and third floors, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.
