"I am not a mean spirited person nor am I fussy. But I travel all the time and I grew up in Ocean Grove and my night at The Quaker Inn off season even was not good. For $300 my friend and I got a tiny room with two single beds, no view. When I asked for an upgrade, I got a lame excuse even though the place was empty. There was no hot water for the morning shower; no nice amenities like good soap or shampoos. Thin towels, a cheap blanket. No breakfast. One of those terrible capsule coffee...

"Liz, Ashley and the entire staff at The Inn were excellent and made us feel so comfortable and welcome! Breakfast was delicious and we could have asked for a better stay. Upon waking up to a plumbing issue, Ashley and her staff were right on it and even moved us to a suite to complete our stay. We will definitely be staying here again and this Inn and the Marilyn, their sister property, will always be our first choice!"

She called to see when I would be checking in and when I told her I was going to be in town earlier than expected she offered an early check in since the room was ready. "Just an all-around nice experience. It was off season so not so crazy with people like the summer. The area has so much to offer regarding shops and restaurants and the hotel experience was pleasant and relaxing. I didn't get to walk the boardwalk, but will on my next stay."

"Nice stay - clean room - helpful staff. The only glitch was the parking. There's both Valet and street. You'd think street parking is less expensive but it's not and it's easy to forget to refill on the app. So either valet or set an alarm on your phone so you don't forget."
