This vacation cottage is located on a large property with several houses. The practical cottage offers you several functional bedrooms with a number of sleeping places, so you can arrive with your large family. A teen table at which you can make your morning coffee is ready for you in the living room. Besides, in the common areas with a large kitchen you will find enough space to prepare your meals and in the large living room you can have meals together and talk with other families. You will also find bathrooms that you can use. In the large outdoor area you will find a community pool that is warmed by the sun.



A lake is located just a few meters from the cottage. There is a rowing boat ready for you at the dock. The great offer on the communal property, such as small soccer field, boules court, barbecue area and playground complete the fantastic offer for you.

Moreover, you can explore the nature and the woods through hiking and biking trails. In the forest you can look for deer, mushrooms and berries and listen to the chirping of birds.



Karlshamn offers you good shopping and several restaurants and an interesting Naturum. For the anglers, you can catch salmon near Mörrumsån. Try your luck!



FYI: This cottage can be rented together with S20320, which is located on the same property.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 250.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open medio June - end August.
