Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...

"Our stay at this hotel in Mumbai was disappointing overall. The room was very small and not comfortable for a family stay. There was visible mold on the walls, and the towels and bed sheets were extremely old and worn out — which made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, though service was quite slow. "One of the best properties I have stayed on. This is my second stay here and it just continues to impress me. I love the hospitality and even big resorts don't take care of their guests like Zaid does. He is very communicative. The food is homely and awesome and at a very reasonable cost. The overall experience of the stay was nothing less then 5 star to be honest. Very very recommended to everyone visiting Panchgani and looking for a good place to stay. BTW its very reasonably priced too."
