The house has 4 spacious bedrooms: two with Queen Size beds, one on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Perfect for families or groups of friends! Two modern bathrooms, one on the ground floor, complete this space, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, etc.) for preparing delicious meals just like at home.



The first floor benefits from pleasant underfloor heating, while the first floor is equipped with radiators powered by a heat pump, for gentle warmth all year round. A secure bicycle garage is at your disposal, ideal for exploring the region's many cycle paths.



Outside, a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs, parasol and barbecues (wood and electric).



The house is ideally located: 5 minutes' walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the Intermarché supermarket and 20 minutes from the port of Crouesty. Here you'll find all the shops and services you need (bakeries, restaurants, local market, boutiques, boat hire). The port is also the starting point for many excursions to the islands of the Golfe du Morbihan or Belle-Île-en-Mer.
