Villetta Leucosia is a beautiful and private four room apartment for rent located within a residential complex in the heart of Porto Cervo, where it is possible to find a shared pool and, for sports lovers, a padel court. The villetta is accessible via a paved path flanked by leafy aromatic hedges. Going through a short staircase, the patio can be reached. This, characterised by a very large and irregular layout, features a relaxation area with comfortable sofas and harmchairs , as well as some deck chairs. Furthermore, villetta Leucosia enjoys great privacy and a breathtaking view of the port.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villetta Leucosia has been furnished with a strong preference for white and, more generally, light pastel colours which have the advantage of spreading light inside the house, giving it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This brightness is mainly provided by the larg french windows which connect the patio to the large open space consisting of a sofa bed and a table with a view. In a separated room there is a small kitchen in light wood with skilful finishing and fully equipped. The spleeping area is divided into two beautiful double bedrooms, both in Sardinian style which is characterised by an abundance of light and raw wood, elements that recall the sea and finely embroidered ornamental fabrics with geometric and floral motifs. This style is able to make the environment very welcoming and comfortable.

Please note:
- it is possible to add 1 bed for the 7th guest at a cost of € 30/day;
- The swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20.
- Padel costs €40 for an hour and a half in the low season and €60 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to €5 each.

The interior of the villa may be slightly different depending on the booking and period, photos will however be sent before arrival.
