Within a complex of villas with private access, Villa Maddalena stands out for its large, well-kept outdoor spaces, and the covered terrace furnished with a relaxation area, a dining table and sun loungers. The entrance to the villa opens onto a courtyard that leads to the main body of the villa and the two separate bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a queen bed. The main structure opens onto the spacious and bright living area, featuring design elements and large windows overlooking the garden, furnished with a sofa, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers: the first with a queen-size bed is located in the main unit, the second downstairs, in a more private setting adjacent to the courtyard with parking space and gate for access to the beach, one with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed, accessible from the courtyard at the entrance.
