The most amazing experience

My husband and children had the most amazing experience and Eva’s Villa. We were welcomed by our hosts as soon as we arrived. The location and cleanliness of the property were outstanding. But we got a true feel for the Sardinian way with our interactions with the hosts. Baia Sardinia is an amazing place to visit. And the villa did not disappoint. We look forward to returning soon

Very nice host, cool location

We were very happy in the villa. Eva was a great host. Several restaurants and beaches are very close, the seven Pines hotel has two very nice restaurants, too. The only downside is that the property is at the road which is somewhat noisy, but that comes with a territory of being close to many spots, so we would still give it full points. The garden is very nice and especially for smaller children virtually everything is here!

Great property would highly recommend.

Lovely traditional villa, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Seperate apartment for extra space if required. Outside and pool is outstanding. Lovely patio and balcony area. Great and safe for children. Would love to come back, exceptionally clean! Good location close to sea front with shops bars and restaurants.

Nice location…comfortable home

Nice location..plenty of good dining in the area.. Beach was close..everything worked as it should. Home was clean and beds were comfortable ..nice to have a washer & dryer as we are cyclists and need to wash our kits. We travel with a portable hotspot and it worked fine to set up our internet

Beautiful villa in Baia Sardina

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Eva. The home is as pictured with the beautiful pool and grounds. Laura Eva and her family were incredibly responsive hosts and were quick to attend to any need/issue we had. Laura Eva gave me so many helpful recommendations prior to us arriving. The Villa is very child friendly and equipped with so many toys, child safety items. We are probably one of the few families who did not rent a car for our stay and it was totally doable. Baia Sardinia with supermarket and many restaurants and shops is a walkable distance or short cab ride away. There is a beach you can walk to and villa Eva even has all the beach gear for you!

Traumhafte Villa

Wir haben im Sommer eine Woche in der traumhaften Villa Eva verbracht. Von der ersten Kontanktaufnahme bis zum Check-Out war es eine super Woche. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind alle von einwandfreier Qualität. Der schöne Garten mit dem Pool, Sitzbereich mit Schatten und Lounge runden das tolle Ambiente ab. Eva, die Gastgeberin und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren jederzeit für Fragen und Anliegen erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Getränken und vielen frischen Früchten gefüllt. Auch haben sie noch einige Kleinigkeiten für die Kinder vorbereitet (Nutella, Süssgebäck und Kekse). Ca. 5-10 Min. zu Fuss ist ein toller kleiner Strand zu erreichen, wo jeweils nur eine Handvoll Leute waren. Ca. 100m von der Villa entfernt, befindet sich das Restaurant Mezza Luna, wo wir jeweils leckere Pizzas genossen haben. Ein kleiner Wasserpark (Aquadream) befindet sich etwa 300m entfernt. Ein Supermarkt und das Zentrum von Baja Sardinia sind in weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa verbracht und werden sie in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Perfection

We went as a young family (3yr old and 8month old) and the villa was perfect for all of us. There was a cot, high chair, bed side protectors and plenty of toys. For us adults, it has everything that we could ever need. The pool and view was fantastic, there's a great outdoor eating area and amenities close by. Special mention for Eva, her brother and father for the regular, clear communication and willingness to offer to go out of their way to make the stay as perfect as possible. We cannot rate them highly enough. The location is excellent, a small beach within 5 minutes walk where we were often the only ones there, Baja Sardinia is a 5 minute drive away with all the restaurants and ice cream parlours. Other great areas are within driving distance too. We went to Porto Cervo, Arzachena, Tempio Pausania, and for a great day trip - on the ferry to La Maddalena. You should stay here - you won't regret it!

Eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Eva

Wir sind aufgrund der Flugzeiten zu früh angekommen und wurden von der Haushälterin Maria Antionietta herzlich empfangen. Die Zeit bis zum Check- in um 16 Uhr nutzten wir, um im naheliegenden Restaurant Mezza Luna Mittagessen zu gehen. Die Villa präsentiert sich in einem top gepflegten Zustand und ist perfekt eingerichtet. Jedenfalls fehlte uns an nichts. Im Vorfeld hat uns die Vermieterin den Kühlschrank nach unseren Wünschen gefüllt. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Eingänge. Der Haupttrakt besteht aus einer Küche, 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bäder mit WC/Dusche und einem Wohn-/Esszimmer. Der Ausgang zum Sitzplatz bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick in den Garten mit Pool. An der Seite befindet sich der Nebeneingang, wo sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Dusche/WC und einer Küche befindet. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und Garten rundet das Obergeschoss ab. In Gehdistanz befindet sich ein kleiner Strand sowie die Pizzeria Mezza Luna, wo es ausgezeichnete Pizzen gibt. Wie bereits erwähnt hat das Haus einen sehr hohen Standard und es fehlt an nichts. 2 Punkte möchte ich dennoch anfügen: - die Liegen am Pool sind nicht so bequem. Hier würde eine Stoffauflage eine grosse Verbesserung bringen. - das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstrasse, wo man je nach Tageszeit mit grösseren Lärmimmissionen rechnen muss. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder herkommen.

TUTTO FANTASTICO

La villa è curata in ogni dettaglio, particolarmente adatta ai bambini e con tutti i confort a loro dedicati, la pulizia é impeccabile, è presente una smartTV e tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. A 300mt si trova una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi e con il passeggino. La proprietaria è molto disponibile. La donna delle pulizie è carinissima e gentilissima. Vicino alla villa ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali, supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti ecc. Siamo stati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente!!!

Great place for a family holiday

Our group of 8, which consisted of a family of 4, Nanny and Grandad, plus brother and girlfriend, had a great week at Villa Eva. Highlights were the garden and the pool, which the children in particular loved. We had a couple of minor issues, but Eva (who was a pleasure to deal with from the time of booking) was always easy to contact to discuss and resolve these with. My only disappointment was the proximity of the property to what is a quite busy road. From the garden/pool area, you can see and hear vehicles passing by on a fairly constant basis, however after a day or so we became used to it and it didn't negatively affect our holiday. We would return.

Urlaubsoase mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Wir durften als Familie (6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) eine Woche diese tolle Traumvilla genießen und es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist top, es ist alles vorhanden vor allem für die Kleinen braucht man nichts mitnehmen. Selbst Badespielzeug wie einen großen Schwimmdonut findet man Vorort. Jeden Tag wird das Haus gereinigt, Danke dafür an Maria, welche uns herzlich aufgenommen hat und bestens umsorgt hat. Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt bei unserer Ankunft und im Badezimmer findet man alles was man braucht. Handtücher gibt es zur Genüge und selbst die frischen Kräuter aus dem Garten darf man mitbenutzen. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, welcher in einem perfekt gestalteten und gepflegten Garten eingebettet ist. Da das Wetter ein Traum war, konnten wir sowohl diesen als auch das tolle Meer (ca. 300m entfernt) ausgiebig genießen. In näherer Umgebung befindet sich eine leckere Pizzeria und den Weg zum La Rocca sollte man unbedingt auf sich nehmen. Zu Fuß gut machbar oder eben mit dem Auto fahren ;) , super leckeres Essen und ein super Service. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche und dieses tolle Haus hat viel dazu beigetragen. Absolut zu empfehlen. Danke auch an Eva selbst für die Abwicklung der Buchung und für die Tipps rundum unseren Aufenthalt.

Eva is a Superhost!

We had another amazing stay at Villa Eva, thanks to Eva, The Superhost! She has absolutely thought of everything!! The house is exceptionally clean and airy and the garden is full with beautiful flowers. The housekeepers are very polite people always ready to help and trying to make your stay unforgettable. Our children loved spending evenings in the pool after a long day out at sea. Every amenity has been thought of including all things needed for the beach. Thank you Eva for another wonderful stay!!

This villa was outstanding. It was clean, spacious and so beautiful. We were three couples and two children and the house was big enough for us all to enjoy our own space. The kids loved the pool, the swings and the abundance of toys they had available to them. Laura is the perfect hostess! Nothing was too difficult and she helped with everything from supplying my mother in law with gluten and dairy free food, to helping us get a doctor when needed. She went over and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, even having a lovely housekeeper on hand each day for us. I couldn’t recommend this property or host any more! Thank you for an amazing stay Laura.

Schöne Umgebung, wunderschöner Garten, super Haus und Betreuung

Maria und Eva haben unseren Aufenthalt herzlich begleitet und waren immer da für Fragen und Tips. Das Haus ist für Familien mit Kindern ein Traum. Es ist alles da, viele Spielsachen, Geschirr, Hochstuhl, Babybett, Trampolin, Pool etc. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und die Lage ist perfekt für viele Ausflüge. Plus ein super Restaurant (Mezza Luna) gleich nebenan. Ich kann das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank Eva und Maria!

Une magnifique maison

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la maison de Eva. La maison principale contient trois chambres et deux salles de bains, il y a aussi un appartement attenant avec une sdb. Les photos sont conformes, tout est nickel, très propre, absolument rien ne manque. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le grand jardin. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied (il faut traverser la route), un bon restaurant est à 5 minutes à pied, Aquadream à 10 minutes à pied, la ville balnéaire Baia Sardinia à 20 minutes à pied. Il y a de magnifiques plages à 15-20 minutes en voiture. Eva a toujours été disponible, elle nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils, la femme de ménage Maria-Antonietta a été gentille, discrète et efficace. Tout a été parfait. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison et on y reviendra avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup Eva!

Gracious Host!!

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Eva and we’re still in awe! Just can’t get enough of the beautiful location. This has got to be the easiest vacation to plan. Eva has thought of everything and is even willing to assist with boat and restaurant reservations. The villa is absolutely spotless and is set in the perfect location to relax poolside or venture a short distance to the beach. If you need anything at all, Eva is able to accommodate. She wants to make sure your stay is awesome! We will definitely return to Villa Eva. Thank you for sharing a piece of paradise with our family!!

Tolles Haus, perfekter Service

wir haben in der letzten Oktoberwoche hier mit zwei Familien einen wirklich tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen und noch mehr ausgestattet. Im unteren Teil gibt es Wohn-/Esszimmer, Küche und ein kleines Bad, oben sind dann die drei Schlafzimmer und noch ein weiteres Bad. Hinter dem Haus führt noch eine Treppe in ein separates, kleines Apartment mit einem Wohnraum mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und einem tollen Balkon. Die Wohnräume sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgerüstet, die wir allerdings zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht mehr brauchten. Leider war es auch für den Pool schon zu kalt, obwohl wir am 200m entfernten Strand noch relativ gut ins Wasser gehen konnten. Der Pool und der Garten sind aber wunderschön angelegt und speziell für Kinder ist alles nur erdenklich an Spielgeräten vorhanden (Trampolin, Rutsche, Schaukel). Sogar ein Handwagen mit jeder Menge Strandutensilien ist vorhanden. Unsere kleine Enkeltochter (3 Jahre) hatte keine Minute Langeweile. Das Haus liegt etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg von Baia Sardina entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man in zwei Minuten am nächsten Supermarkt und in 5 Minuten im Ort. Zu Fuß kann man auch einen kleinen Strand erreichen, der auch seicht ins Wasser abfällt und damit auch für Kinder gut geeignet ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir an dieser Stelle Evas Service. Wir hatten im Januar gebucht und sie hat uns auch im Vorfeld immer schon mit Infos versorgt. Nie aufdringlich, sondern immer perfekt getimed. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank schon mit allen notwendigen Sachen für einen ersten Tag bestückt, da wir an einem Sonntag angereist waren. Und auch während des Aufenthaltes hat sie uns immer mit passenden Tipps für Auflüge, Restaurants und Aktivitäten versorgt. Am Ende dann noch eine unkomplizierte Übergabe. Top. Dickes Lob und ein riesen Dankeschön dafür. Selten hat sich jemand so um seine Feriengäste bemüht. Das macht das Gesamtpakt rund und definitiv eine neue Anfrage wert, für einen weiteren Sardinienurlaub in der Villa Eva.

More than holidays

We spent wunderful holidays in the villa Eva. The house is lovely furnished and there is a huge choice of toys for the little holiday guests. Since we had fantastic weather the well-tended pool or the sea close by offered a perfect cooling-down. In general the house was very clean and very well maintained. But the main highlight was the family of the landlord/hirer of the house which is lovely and very committed in any aspects. It started before we arrived where we received a lot of useful pre-information. After our arrival Ms Fogazzi was so kind to cook for us an arrival dish. We often experienced during our holidays that we could try out some delicious meals offered by them. In general we never experienced so far such a generousness and hospitality as offered by Ms Fogazzi and her family. And we enjoyed it 😁. We keep these holidays in best memories and would like to recommend the villa and its family hundred percent and ultimately hope to see them again.

Exceptional holiday in Baia Sardinia!

We booked Villa Eva on very short notice and Eva (the owner) went out of her way to make our stay absolutely perfect! The villa was spotless, and has absolutely everything you need. All modern conveniences, and really is a 'home from home'. The kitchen was well equipped with cupboards full of herbs/seasoning/oil etc so we did not have to buy absolutely everything from scratch. Eva even left us with a few days worth of food so we didn't have to run right out to the market.(which is within walking distance) Beds were very comfortable, good showers (both indoor/out and poolside), I can only say good things. Beach towels were left for us, plenty of toys indoors for the children outdoors had a playground & trampoline, extra pillows/blankets if we needed them. Everything had been thought of. Great outdoor area, BBQ, dining tables and separate lounge area. Sunloungers for everyone, all furniture had cushions. I cannot recommend this Villa enough. The communication from Eva has been first class throughout, checking with us periodically to ensure everything is ok. Being our first time visiting Baia Sardinia she recommended & booked many local (non-touristy restaurants) and went out of her way to help us with the booking of a two-day chartered boat tour. (ensuring we didn't pay tourist prices) I could easily go back, and I am not normally one to re-visit the same area, let alone the same villa. Thank you Eva for a marvelous week in Sardinia!

Gepflegtes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem Ambiente und tollem Garten

Wir haben jetzt schon zum 2. Mal unseren Sommerurlaub in der Villa Eva verbracht und sind immer noch begeistert. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand mit einer super Ausstattung, die wir bisher so vollständig und großzügig noch in keiner anderen Unterkunft erlebt haben. Es gibt 2 schöne und saubere Bäder, eine Küche, in der es sich richtig gut kochen lässt, und hochwertige Haushaltsgeräte sowie Reiniger/Waschmittel, die "Rei in der Tube" unnötig machen. Der große und gepflegte Garten war für unsere Kinder ein echtes Highlight, auch Spielzeug, anderes "Kinderequipment" und Dinge für den Strand wurden großzügig zur Verfügung gestellt. Mein persönlicher Favorit war der zusätzliche Lounge-Platz hinter dem Haus :-) Ganz in der Nähe (ca 10 min zu Fuß mit kleinen Kindern) ist ein kleiner Strand, der sich gut zum Baden, Sonnen und Spielen eignet und auch nicht überlaufen ist. Die Besitzer sind eine sehr gastfreundliche Familie, die sich alle Mühe macht, Ihren Gästen einen entspannten Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Uns haben Sie z.B. eine Werkstatt und einen schnellen Termin zur Reparatur unseres bei der Anreise kaputt gegangenen Autos organisiert, was uns eine Menge Zeit, Nerven und vermutlich auch Geld erspart hat. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!
