The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully across both floors, ensuring privacy and convenience for all occupants.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with care and warmth, creating an inviting space for relaxation and shared meals. From this level, guests have direct access to the veranda. The ground floor also accommodates 2 double bedrooms, one of which opens onto a private terrace. The fully equipped kitchenette on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. 2 shower rooms, each fitted with a bidet and WC, serve the ground floor, with one of these bathrooms located outside the main apartment area.
