The cottage is located in an absolutely quiet area and has a living room, a functionally equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. It also has a television set. The living room is equipped with characteristic ceiling beams and the furnishings of the house are made of comfortable wooden furniture. In the spacious garden you will find a terrace with fantastic sea views. The many pine trees and Mediterranean plants provide pleasant shade on hot days and promise relaxing holidays. Sunbathe on one of the sun loungers, enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. A supermarket is only 450 m or 6 minutes on foot and shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located in Baja Sardinia, 1.2 km or 17 minutes by car. The viewpoint Phi Beach, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset, is 2.3 km (6 minutes by car) away from the property.
