The residence is made up of 3 blocks of apartments on different levels, some with sea views. The complex is surrounded by greenery, with panoramic areas overlooking the wonderful archipelago of La Maddalena, Corsica and the verdant hills. The apartments overlook the gardens, the surrounding hills or the splendid swimming pool.

Baja Sardinia is only 4 km away, so the use of the car is recommended, and is known for its white sand beach and crystalline sea. The Residence is located about 1.3 km from Cala dei Ginepri and 10 km from Porto Cervo, famous for its night clubs and exclusive discos.

The apartments arranged on different levels, follow the conformity of the land. The apartments are spacious and elegantly furnished with fine finishes, equipped with crockery and cutlery. The three-room apartments have a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with either 2 single beds or a bunk bed and bathroom.

There is free public parking.

MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SPOT AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, in cash, mandatory for the municipality of Baja Sardinia. The amount may vary depending on the period.

3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. in case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.
