Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors and is accessed through a private rural path to ensure total privacy and silence. The entrance is through the main door and leads to the open-plan living/kitchen/dining area. Filled with natural light and with large floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly to the outside, this area is perfect for spending time together. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only) and wi-fi internet. The specially designed kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with 4 hobs, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. On the ground floor, there are 2 cosy bedrooms with 2 single beds (both with air conditioning), 1 family bathroom with shower and 1 additional toilet. The master bedroom suite (with air conditioning) is located on the upper floor and is a true delight. It has its own bathroom with bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with stunning views of the countryside. The interiors have been carefully designed to provide elegant details and modern comforts, but also a homely feeling while living in deep contact with the surrounding virgin nature. Many traditional materials, such as wooden beams and local stone, have been widely used and carefully mixed with modern elements.



The outdoor areas of Villa Comella are equally unique. In addition to the extensive forests surrounding the area, the villa has its own 3000 m2 solarium areas with grass, shrubs and a large private swimming pool of 4.5 x 9.5 m (shower available next to the pool). A true oasis of tranquillity, where you can spend unforgettable days under the Mallorcan sun, accompanied by total privacy, isolation and the soft sound of birds.
