Rustic and charming, Villa Casa Alma is nestled in the marvellous landscape of the east side of the island. The typical Mallorcan house stands on a 7,000 m² plot in an absolutely peaceful location just 2 km south of the town of Artà. It is surrounded by extensive olive and almond trees and its authentic country house style fits in perfectly with the local island environment. Surrounded by a large, unspoilt garden, this holiday home has 300 m² of varied terraces with a pool on the north side of the building. This is slightly elevated and surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace (with railings). It looks like a pretty sun deck on board. Towards the house, the wooden surface changes to stone, which extends across the entire width of the property. There is a cosy dining table under a vine arbour, the ideal place to eat together. There is also a solid brick outdoor barbecue so you can enjoy your dinner al fresco. What could be better than a balmy summer night in Mallorca?



A glass shelf built into the wall, brass figurines, Chinese wall plates, natural stone offsets, aesthetic furniture all these details and more reflect the skilful style with which this villa is decorated. The property was designed and built by an architect living on the Balearic island of Formentera and has brought this little piece of paradise to life with great attention to detail. This makes every stay here a special experience. The terrace opens through large glass doors into the huge living area of the house, while the actual entrance area is located on the south side of the property. The living room combines the open-plan kitchen with a dining area and a large Arabic-style sofa corner with TV, CD player and air conditioning. Inside, the massive table is also a great place to eat together. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. Behind the kitchen is a clearly laid out utility room with washing machine. From the open-plan living area, there is direct access to the three sleeping areas, which are diametrically opposite each other on the ground floor and offer guests a high degree of privacy. Each of these quiet ground floor rooms consists of a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The third sleeping area, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, is located on the upper floor. This has air conditioning. From the living area, the staircase leads up to the upper level. We would also like to emphasise the exceptional price per night, which is excellent considering the overall style of the villa. We therefore recommend this house for a family with children (aged 6 and over) who value high quality on a holiday close to the beach in Mallorca.



Undisturbed tranquillity characterises the flair of this beautiful property. The town of Artà is just under 2 km away. Stroll through the farmers' market, enjoy the colourful hustle and bustle and find a nice souvenir. Take a break in one of the many cafés and restaurants. A visit to the sandy beaches on the bay of Alcúdia is just as easy as a trip to one of the secluded natural beaches, such as Cala Torta. Cala Ratjada has several chic restaurants right on the beach and harbour promenade, which really come to life in the evening.
