This well-kept retreat offers an inviting outdoor area that is perfect for leisurely walks or sunbathing. Two of the three terraces are covered, ideal for enjoying Mediterranean summer evenings. One terrace overlooks the garden, with lush hedges and pristine lawns surrounding the easily accessible pool. The second covered terrace has a brick-built barbecue and an outdoor dining area with direct access to the kitchen. Although you share a wall with the neighbouring property "Kelly", your privacy, driveway and exclusive pool access remain intact. "Can Siurell" is also perfect for cycling enthusiasts, as it is located on a scenic route that winds through the hilly landscapes of the Serra de Llevant.



Inside, the ground floor opens up to a spacious living/dining room with a modern bathroom and walk-in shower to the right. To the left, a sandstone arch leads into the well-equipped country kitchen with easy access to the dining terrace. The three comfortable double bedrooms offer beautiful views of the garden, and one has direct access to a small terrace with marvellous views of the mountains. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters to ensure a peaceful rest.



"Can Siurell" is only 2 kilometres from the gates of the Calvary town of Artà. Like Capdepera, Artà also offers first-class shopping facilities. The town's Tuesday market is an event in itself. Beautiful (natural) beaches such as Platja de son Moll or Cala Agulla are only a few minutes away by car, and a walk from Ermita de Betlem can end at Platja de Colonia de San Pere.
