House located in the village of Colonia de Sant Pere with spectacular views towards the Bay of Alcudia. With a space of 120m2, this house is ideal for family stays or groups of friends wanting to spend a lovely Mediterranean vacation.

The house, with a very cute style, has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 2 with two single beds and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a terrace with furniture perfect to sit back, relax and enjoy the sea breeze.

The house lower floor has been recently renovated with a brand new dining area, sitting room with new furniture, and a brand new modern and fully equipped kitchen.

The garden and the swimming pool are completely private and exclusively for the clients. The 50m2 terrace with porch has sofa furniture and also a table with chairs where you can enjoy great times making use of the barbecue.

The house is located a few steps away from the sea where you can find a rock bathing area, although if you prefer a more comfortable access, only 90m away you will find the sandy beach of “Barranc de Sa Canova”. You can also enjoy the wonderful beach of Sa Canova, following the same path. This natural and untouched beach has white sands and turquoise water which the whole family can enjoy.

You will find at only 150m from the house a supermarket, restaurants and a bus stop.

The area is perfect for those seeking tranquility and nature in a privileged environment. There are several excursions for hikers as well as snorkeling to enjoy the beautiful seabed in the Ferrutx area. Excursions that go from the Houses of S'Alqueria and pass through two of the most emblematic places of Artà: the hermitage of Betlem and the Bec de Ferrutx are a perfect way to know this wonderful area.

We recommend traveling to the area of ​​the Colonia de Sant Pere with your own vehicle since public transport to the area is rather poor.
