This fantastic summer house in Colònia de Sant Pere is located just 200 metres from the beach and is ideal for 8 guests.
The terrace is perfect for preparing a delicious barbecue with your fellow guests and enjoying dinner at the outdoor table. Please bear in mind that, as the house is located in a residential area, there are neighbours nearby.

The interior is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, and the gas kitchen, which has all the utensils you need to prepare your favourite dishes and feel at home. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This floor also has a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: the master bedroom, which features a double bed, air conditioning and direct access to a small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Colònia de Sant Pere is a former fishing village located in the north of the island. It is a small gem nestled between the sea and the mountains, ideal for a beach holiday or for enjoying activities such as hiking and cycling. There are many beaches nearby, including Colònia de Sant Pere beach, the unspoilt beach of Cala Torta and Caló des Ermitans. The village has a yacht club with a restaurant, a seafront promenade with bars and additional restaurants, as well as a small grocery shop. In Cala Ratjada and Can Picafort, you will find summer nightlife, large supermarkets and plenty of leisure activities for both adults and children.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
