The beautiful Villa Bionic is idyllically situated between the villages of Artà and Son Servera and welcomes its guests in a particularly inviting ambience. Surrounded by a gently undulating landscape, picturesquely interspersed with trees and groves, the natural stone house blends decoratively into the picture. The path to this holiday home leads past almond and olive trees. The slightly sloping location promises sensational views. The spacious outdoor area offers a variety of possibilities for a wonderful time outdoors. The little ones can play on the lawns and terraces while the adults look for a great place to relax. A particular highlight is, of course, the pool with an impressive length of 10 metres, which is comfortably designed all round. In addition to the pleasant fact that the pool, which is tiled with blue mosaic tiles, is easily accessible via a staircase, it is also worth emphasising that you can find plenty of space both under the blue Mediterranean sky and in the breezy shade under the attractive pavilion. No matter where you settle down and perhaps relax in style on the pool terrace, the view here is simply magnificent and definitely contributes to fulfilling peace and relaxation. On the furnished terrace by the house, the canopy can provide shade as required. In the original covered outdoor kitchen, you can prepare your meals simply and easily outdoors and enjoy them in a convivial atmosphere. On warm evenings, you can gather around the large table for a culinary barbecue and enjoy hearty regional specialities.







As soon as you enter, the ground-floor villa presents its aesthetic interior and the elegant flair that goes with it. In the combined, very cheerfully designed living and dining area, shades of brown provide a very successful contrast to the brightly coloured ceilings and walls. Large windows let in plenty of light. Here you can spend time reading, playing games or watching TV and always stay in the centre of the action. If you want to stay connected to the outside world via the Internet, you can use the fast WLAN Internet connection. The dining area is integrated into the living room and offers enough space for all travellers. From the large wooden table, you can enjoy a view of the mountains through the open access to the terrace. In the spacious kitchen, modern, high-quality appliances ensure that cooking is a pleasure, even on holiday. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle and a filter coffee machine. Very different bedrooms, all lovingly decorated, provide an ideal basis for a restful night's sleep. There are four beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres and one measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres. The light-flooded bathrooms impress with their ultra-modern and tasteful design and have a bath or shower. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't need to bring them with you.



The picturesque town of Artà is just a few minutes away by car. A castle hill can be seen in the distance, on which the remains of a medieval fortress and the pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador can be found. In the picturesque pedestrian zone, you can browse local handicrafts and boutiques and experience the colourful hustle and bustle of the market days (every Tuesday). If you are interested, the regional museum provides information about the tradition of palm weaving and the heritage of the Talayotic culture. In Son Servera, the square around the parish church (Sant Joan Baptista) is full of life on Fridays and you can also buy fresh regional delicacies there. The beautiful seaside resorts of Cala Torta and Costa de Los Pinos as well as the lively beach areas of Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor are just a few minutes' drive away.



The modern sea view villa Bionic is situated in a quiet and elevated location between the towns of Artà and Son Servera. The drive to the pretty town of Artà, which is ideal for shopping and eating out, takes around 10 minutes, while Son Servera is just a few minutes further on. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach promenade and harbour is around 13 km away. Several sandy beaches and beautiful bays can be reached in a very short time.
