"Absolutely awful. We tried to check in and they claimed our booking was cancelled, even though expedia showed we still had it. They apparently we already full, so they did us a "favor" and showed us their disability accommodation room that they normally save for guests who need it. We walked in and it wreaked of cigarettes, the towels, sink, and tub were dirty, and there were stains on the bed. We walked out and found a new place. Don't waste your money here."

"The hotel had big rooms, free breakfast, and free parking. The gentleman that worked the afternoon and evenings at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!"

"The room was clean. We asked for cleaning service every other day. No one came. Had to ask for clean towels. The shower rod was loose so the curtain kept slipping causing water to get on the floor. The screws were coming up on the trim between the floor and the carpet so we had to put a towel to cover them so we didn't trip or stub a toe on them. The pool didn't look very clean. Wasn't filthy though. The room was small, but since we were using it just to sleep, it was okay."

"The manager in the office , her name was stephanie, she lied and said that I damaged towel and that I stole towels, and I told her I gave it to the maintenance lady and she said she don't have proof when I told her to them. And she charged me $75 out of my $100 deposit and I don't find that right. Someone needs to get on"

"Peaceful stay for 3 young girls but main door to our room had to be slammed in order for it to latch we came back to the room a couple times and seen we left it open. Spiders kept popping up throughout the stay in our bed, bathroom, and sink we finally looked up and cobwebs were pretty much everywhere on ceiling. Other than that would stay again due to great scenery and amenity’s provided just a heads up if those things bother you."

"The overall hotel conditions are ok (nice room and clean). It was difficult to find a accomodation with a reasonable price since it was weekend and summer, thus the city was crowded. The hotel is OK but I have some comments. First, the room has a small kitchen (frig, microwave and sink) but no "tools" to use it (no forks, knifes, dishes, etc). One thing that surprised me was that there were no service to the room at all (change towels, cleaning, etc), but I am not sure if that was specified in...
