"I called the property to see if they had a room on the main level as I'm in a wheelchair and unable to do stairs. The person who stated that they were infact in the Davenport hotel said that they had 1 room left on the main floor. We arrived at the hotel less than 30 minutes later and booked a room through Expedia. I go inside and had to call for the attendant to come to the front desk--it was 10 pm and we were exhausted.
