"Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. "Very clean, host has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The view and morning sunrise was beautiful. The fact that it was pet friendly was awesome. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife was so relaxing. Ease of access to Islands and main Thruways was a bonus. I was abit suprised when I pulled in and saw a motel like establishment. The pictures of the boathouse were accurate, not surrounding 4 motel like rooms. "

"Highly recommend. Beautiful location, quiet & spacious floor plan. Close to shopping/groceries. There is plenty of room to move around. Was so great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Property is very clean, well-maintained & stocked. Property Manager responds immediately if anything is needed.
