"Please bring your own towels. They will overcharge the towels fee even you have return towels to them. They still charged it and tell you don’t return it. How do you feel you don’t make some wrong and don’t buy something, there is 16dollar bill on yours. If I lost it, I definitely said yes, it was my fault and I will paid, but I didn’t.
