"Location is excellent in the heart of the old city. Lots of restaurants nearby. The bedrooms are small and with limited space to put lugage but was clean and comfortable."

"The Apartament has a great location, near to the beach and the Vieux Nice! We had a small problem with the washing machine and Stanislas was disponible and quickly helped us! He is a very nice and friendly person. The apartment has everything that a traveler needs and it is very confortable. Ir can be a little noisy in the night, because there are a lot of bars in its streets. But it is ok if you close the widows. It wasn't a big problem for us. Thank you, Stanislas!"

"We were unable to access the property on the first night as they had forgotten to put the key into the lockbox. No one was available at the phone number given, no one responded to What's App, instagram or Facebook so we had to find a hotel. We discovered that the washing machine was broken but the property managers did our laundry for us - we just had to drop it off & pick it up later. "Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws . "

"The apartment is nicely decorated, and the location in old town is excellent. They are very clear before booking about the five flights of stairs with no elevator access. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, nespresso, and French press. The balcony is not large enough to use the table and chairs provided, only enough room for standing, and the balcony doors are very difficult to open. The house rules of taking trash down the street were not given on the VRBO platform, only...
