"If I could give this place six stars, I would. Our train arrived late — well past midnight — and our hosts stayed up until 12:30 AM to personally hand us the keys. Not only that, but they had the air conditioning running on what the very hot night, so we walked into a cool, welcoming apartment after an exhausting journey. The apartment itself is stunning. Waking up to an incredible view of the beach never got old. The location is also perfectly located with public transit options right nearby...

"Manager has a terrible character, as we moved sofa bed she became crazy, my wife broke a old glass so she charged 20 euros, just to keep some hours out luggage outside this very tiny alartment this kady charged 5 euros"

"The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...
