This is a spectacular penthouse with high-quality finishes. Located in the most central area of Arrecife, it is close to the Old Town, the Charco de San Ginés, and the shopping streets.
The entire home is bathed in natural light that streams in through the doors leading to the wonderful terrace. The home is designed so you can spend just as much time indoors, enjoying the tasteful decor, as you can outdoors, soaking up the wonderful Canary Islands sun. The living room and the two master bedrooms open onto the outdoor terrace, which is undoubtedly the highlight of the home. The living room features a 55-inch Samsung TV with 4K resolution and SmartTV capabilities. There’s a satellite decoder with free-to-air channels from various European countries (English, German, Belgian, French, etc.). There are also Spanish DTT channels, some of which broadcast content in English—you can select the language on the TV. The TV is connected to the internet and has access to apps such as YouTube and Netflix.
Just got back from an outing and can’t wait to share your photos with friends? No problem—there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. It features a refrigerator with a freezer, a three-burner induction cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. There are also small appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has everything you need, including quality cookware and tableware.
What do we provide? We don’t want you to arrive with a heavy suitcase or have to buy basic items on your first day. That’s why we always provide the basics: toilet paper, paper towels, water, beer, some fresh fruit, salt, pepper, tea, other spices, olive oil, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and fabric softener. In addition, you’ll have white bath towels, white hand towels, beach towels, and clean bedding. Clean bedding and towels are provided weekly upon request at no additional cost.
Where can I park? Parking is available in the same building for those arriving by rental car. Actually, you don’t need a car to get around Arrecife, since all the points of interest are within a 5-minute walk.
There’s a wide promenade along the sea that runs continuously from the Arrecife coastline all the way to Puerto del Carmen. It’s perfect for those who love to take walks. To explore the rest of the island, you can book tours or rent a car for specific days.
I enjoy meeting travelers to welcome them and show them around. After that, I’m available 24 hours a day in case they need anything. I like to make my guests feel right at home.
The apartment’s location allows you to walk everywhere. The Charco de San Gines and its church are a two-minute walk away. You can also walk to El Reducto Beach along the boardwalk.
