There are many restaurants, cafes, shops and services in the area. Arrecife has become the favorite destination of those travelers who wish to discover the island away from the crowded tourist locations. Enjoy authentic local culture and residents' customs.
The whole house is bathed by natural light that enters through the two balconies. The fantastic climate of Lanzarote with a constant temperature throughout the year will allow you to have the balcony doors open all day. The back street is very quiet because it has almost no traffic.
The apartment was renovated at the end of 2018 to specifically adapt it to offer a unique and unforgettable experience to our guests. We encourage you to give us a chance to prove it to you. We think you will not regret it.
All the details are taken care of. Special attention was paid to lighting and decoration to achieve a cozy and pleasant result. In the area of the bedroom a wood paneling was used that gives it warmth.
We will provide you with a lot of tourist information during your trip. I was born in Lanzarote and I will be happy to recommend restaurants where local people go. Many of these, in small towns in the interior of the island.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a fridge with freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave with grill function. There is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
The bathroom is independent. It is modern and very spacious. The shower is at ground level. Next to the shower is a closet with the washer / dryer, iron and ironing board. There are also all cleaning products.
It even has a work area in case you need to use a laptop.

Parking: We offer for free, upon prior request, free parking in the same building. It is a great advantage because parking in the city center is quite complicated. Our parking is guarded and can be accessed by elevator to the houses.
