It boasts spacious rooms, featuring an entrance hall with a restroom, an open-concept bedroom with a comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large wardrobe equipped with a safe. The largest area in the apartment encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all in one open space with windows overlooking the bustling street. The apartment's favorable orientation to the south ensures that rooms are bathed in sunlight throughout the day. To keep you well-connected, we offer reliable high-speed WiFi for remote work. Overall, this apartment is an excellent choice for combining island exploration with enjoying everything that Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote, has to offer.



What does Arrecife have in store for you? Two defensive castles: the Castle of San Gabriel, connected to the city by the iconic Puente de las Bolas, and within walking distance, the Castillo de San José, transformed into the International Museum of Contemporary Art (MIAC), along with a panoramic restaurant offering stunning marina views. Nearby, you'll find Playa del Reducto and a promenade that runs along the entire coast, leading you to the trendy Charco de San Ginés, the perfect spot to experience the local nightlife.



The laundry room is found on the top floor, separate to the apartment. You have exclusive use of this laundry room with washing machine and utensils.
