The Space:

Welcome to your stylish haven in beautiful Arrecife, Lanzarote. Our 4-bedroom duplex, situated in the vibrant heart of the city, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The home showcases an effortlessly chic design that nods to its Canarian roots while infusing a touch of sleek modernity.



A highlight of our space is the enchanting children's room, featuring a fun-themed décor with a slide and cozy bunk beds, sure to spark delight! Three additional bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with the master suite boasting a sumptuous queen bed and convenient dressing area. A multitude of peaceful slumbers are assured with our top-quality bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets.



Our fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is a foodie’s daydream. Craft sumptuous meals with the freshest of local ingredients using our oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and BBQ grill, complemented by a selection of basic cooking amenities.



Weekly family movie nights or lazy afternoons can be enjoyed on the plush lounge, in front of a large 75-inch Smart TV. Keeping you connected throughout your stay, our duplex offers dedicated well-lit workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi.



The convenience doesn’t end indoors! Revel in the private patio, the perfect spot for leisurely barbecue sessions, or unwind with evening drinks under the starry Canarian skies.



For your privacy and security, we have fitted our place with a smart lock, and packed it with essentials like a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a first aid kit.

The system uses a unique code, sent to guests upon registration, to facilitate seamless check-in and check-out procedures. Free off-street parking is available, with paid parking options also available nearby, for your utmost convenience.

✈️ From Lanzarote Airport (ACE): We are a very short distance away, so your trip begins almost as soon as you land.



Taxi: The fastest and most comfortable option. You'll be at our door in just 10 minutes.



Bus (Guagua): An economical and efficient option. Lines 22 or 23 will drop you in Arrecife in about 15 minutes. Being close to the Bus Station makes this very practical.



🚶‍♂️ In Arrecife (On Foot): Forget the car for day-to-day life. Being in the center, you can walk to the supermarket, Open Mall, restaurants at Charco de San Ginés, and Playa del Reducto. Everything is within walking distance.



🌋 To Explore the Island (Car): If you wish to discover volcanic landscapes, wild beaches, and Lanzarote's secret corners, we recommend renting a car. It’s the best way to experience the island with total freedom. (The house is well-connected to main roads for easy exits to the north or south).
