The complex was built purposely without any steps; the complex boasts lifts (Thysenn-Krupp automatic elevators) and ramps available in all entrances, and corridors, giving easy access to all parts.

The apartment has 24/7 supply of warm water, piped cooking gas and other modern amenities.

This large 1 bedroom, fully air-conditioned apartment has all windows and doors to the balconies fitted with mosquito nets. The apartment is open planned and offers:

Lounge – Comfortable seating for 4, which includes a sofa cum bed, ideal for two young adults/ children. LCD TV, Tata Sky satellite (English films & premier football), large double glazed, sliding patio doors leading onto the balcony, overlooking the pool. It is well lit with lamps and lights, with bursts of cool breeze blowing through the windows and sliding doors. There is furniture on the balcony, flanked by large trees, for your morning cup of tea. Kitchenette – Piped gas, hob, microwave, fully automatic washing machine, fridge, fully fitted well equipped area. There is a dining table that comfortably seats four people. Bedroom – King-size bed, bedside tables, large double wardrobe, fully air-conditioned, again large double glazed, sliding patio doors leading onto the balcony This is light and airy space. En-suite bathroom – Fully tiled, European toilet, hot & cold water, shower wet-room.



There are towels and linen provided and cleaning once a week where the linen and towels will be changed.

For a small charge we can arrange your transfer from the Airport/Rail Station/Bus station.
