Welcome to our beautiful, renovated design-studio in the center of Arosa—right at the “Zentrum” bus stop.



Our studio has been recently renovated and equipped to welcome travelers eager to discover Arosa at any time of the year. The studio can accommodate up to 3 guests, with a large double bed (160x200cm) and a 90x200cm sofa bed.
Everything has been decorated and renovated with great attention to detail, using high-quality, functional materials so that you can enjoy your stay in comfort.
Its unbeatable location, right in front of the “Zentrum” bus stop, ensures easy and free travel around Arosa, and you can also walk to all essential services.
It is also close to the “Hubelsee” public car park where guests can park their cars, less than 5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes on foot from the train station and the same distance from the nearest ski lift.

Traveling in a group? No problem. This studio and our other studio next door are available for guests who wish to come with their family and friends.

Location

Thanks to the “Zentrum” bus stop right in front of the building, you can reach any destination in and around Arosa in just a few minutes using the free local/ski bus. The Weisshorn cable car and train station are just a few minutes’ walk or one bus stop away. You’ll also find a variety of cafés, restaurants, and specialty shops nearby in the heart of Arosa.

There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.

The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter.

Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
