Located in the village center of Arosa on the 5th floor of the Hais Lorez, this modern 2-room apartment with a balcony offers space for 3-4 people (2 adults, 2 children) and is a non-smoking apartment. Shopping facilities are directly in the building and in the immediate vicinity. The free local bus stops right in front of the entrance. The apartment includes 1 bedroom with a large bunk bed and an open kitchen with living room, a dining area, and a bathroom. The ski/bike room and the washing machine (coin-operated) can be shared.
The entrance area with cloakroom borders directly on the kitchen and the adjoining bathroom.
The dining area and the comfortable sofa invite you to linger and enjoy.
