It has ground floor access through the front door, but the terrace is one level up from the pool. The apartment boasts private wifi internet access. The gated terrace enjoys wonderful pool views and is furnished with a patio table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and a sun awning. Patio doors lead back in the lounge which is comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, dining table and chairs, side table with lamp and ceiling fan. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. The downstairs bathroom has been adapted with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. Stairs lead up to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which have been pushed together. There are 2 bedside tables with bedside lights, chest of drawers, armchair, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out to the upper balcony, which is furnished with a patio table and chairs. This balcony also has fantastic pool views. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin with mirror above and WC.

Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.
