We are a company with years of experience dedicated to holiday rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in the different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and must notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show you and give you the keys. Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at 10pm. If a guest wishes to check in after this time, she will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Disconnect from your routine in this wonderful one-bedroom apartment in a quiet area, in the south of the island of Tenerife. It is located on the first and last floor of a quiet and well-kept residence. The accommodation also offers a garden view, which can be appreciated from its balcony where you can eat outside and offer guests relaxing evenings.It consists of a double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and an open space area with a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, etc.), a nice dining area for four people with sofa bed (the sofa bed is individual) and TV and balcony.

The complex has a shared swimming pool with sunbathing area, and private parking (spaces are limited).

The accommodation is located on the Costa del Silenzio, in the south of the island of Tenerife. Close to all necessary services, shops, bars, restaurants and pubs, where you can spend pleasant evenings. Also close to the beaches within walking distance, in front of the bus and taxi stop.
