Apartment with terrace, communal pool for adults and another for children, solarium, near the sea, in the south of Tenerife, urbanization Drago.
The large terrace overlooks the pool. The apartment is a room with two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. A bathroom.
Television with flat screen, iron, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, kitchenware. Towels Linens.
The urbanization has apartments in two heights, low and high. This apartment is on a high (bungalow type). Completely renovated, as can be seen in the photographs. Ideal location because it is very close to tourist attractions, such as the beach, shopping centers, Siam Park, Jungle Park Las Ɓguilas, Teide National Park, El MƩdano, Los Cristianos, Los Gigantes cliff, trails, etc. .
At 150-200 meters from the apartment there is a pharmacy, supermarket, rent - a - car, tourist office, bars and restaurants, etc. In addition the town of Las Galletas and the sea are very close, less than a kilometer.

Os anfitriƵes foram muito simpĆ”ticos. As fotografias correspondem ao estado do apartamento, boas Ć”reas, limpo e confortĆ”vel. Tem um terraƧo com vista para piscina muito agradĆ”vel. A piscina Ć© muito boa e grande, tem piscina de adultos e crianƧas. Viajamos com crianƧas e estivemos muito bem. As praias mais perto sĆ£o pequenas e calmas. Le sĆ©jour a ete sympa. Il manque quelques bricoles dans l appartement, comme plus de bols ou tasses, grille pain, et peut-ĆŖtre quelques produits pour le mĆ©nage. Le parking est petit pour tous les logements mais l endroit est entourĆ© de possibilitĆ© de stationnement.

Insgesamt war alles gut und sauber. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.Achtung beim Parkplatz, nicht immer ist ein Platz frei, man muss auƟerhalb parken, was nicht problematisch war.Die Schlafmatratzen sind sehr weich und aus MemoryFoam, was fĆ¼r uns nicht bequem war. Die WƤnde sind dĆ¼nn und man hƶrt die Nachbarn gut.FĆ¼r kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen.

Eine kleine Wohnung in direkter NƤhe zu allem

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit hier. Die Wohnung ist zwar nur klein, aber was braucht man auch anderes fĆ¼r den Urlaub. Man ist eh die gesamte Zeit unterwegs!Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Ein Teller mehr und etwas besseres Besteck wƤren wĆ¼nschenswert, aber was erwartet man fĆ¼r den Preis. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es in der Bewertung der Dauberkeot. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Anlage mit vielen Hunden und Katzen und auch wenn die Schilder darauf hinweisen, fĆ¼hlen sich einige Anwohner nicht fĆ¼r die Hinterlassenschaften ihrer Tiere zustƤndig. So hatten wir in der Ecke des Flures tagelang HundewĆ¼rstezu liegen, die auch mehr wurden und an unserem Abreisetag hat auch noch ein Hund direkt an die WohnungstĆ¼recke gepullert. Das muss nicht sein! Nachdem wir Ana das per WA geschrieben haben, hat sie der Verwaltung geschrieben und es wurde was gegen die Hinterlassenschaften getan. 2 Tage spƤter lagen wieder neue Kothaufen da. Wir wissen, dass der Gastgeber hierfĆ¼r nichts kann, aber den Eindruck der Sauberkeit beeinflusst das dann doch!Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin hat gut geklappt. Wir sind freundlich -trotz Ankunft in der Nacht- empfangen worden.

Standards have slipped.

We stayed here last year and it was wonderful which is why we chose to stay again this year. Booking and check in was fairly streamlined. When we arrived there was quite a smell from the drains and a cover of dust, the shower cubicle surround was very marked, the floors needed mopping, the fridge needed cleaning and the towels which were beautifully white and fluffy last year were quite grey. Consequently we did a clean before we unpacked, this required a trip to Hiper Dino and we put the towels on to wash and bought bleach for the drains. There was only one set of bedding which was on the bed so if we needed clean sheets, we had to wash them and they would be dry for our return in the evening. As we stayed for 16 nights I would have hoped for a spare set. In addition the pillows did not have covers on and were quite stained. The apartment is very well stocked and has good WiFi and a smart tv however the sofa (which I assume is a sofa bed) is covered with a nylon cover which is not particularly comfortable or inviting. The apartment is very secure and the swimming pool is super. Unfortunately lots of residents have dogs and cats but donā€™t appear to pick up after them so there was quite a lot of dog mess this time and one resident left his dog out and it barked all night. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby and a great bus service. The kitchen units are really modern and plenty of hot water is available. The balcony has sunshine in the afternoon

The property was spacious enough for 3 persons. I was happy with it in terms of safety , noise and proximity to restaurants . If using public transport ( like I did) to go to popular places , I'll say it's a bit too far ( 45 minutes to 1 hour ). If you book this property agree to meet with the property manager in front of Don Palia Hotel , it's easier for everyone ( for the taxi driver , for you and for the person you're about to meet) because the google map sends you much further from the property.

Faultless accommodation

From the very first point of booking onwards, communication with Ana was fast, friendly and fun. The accommodation was spotless and by far the best equipped that we well travelled couple have experienced. Here are a few things that we don't often get and which Ana and her delightful parents Rosie and Agustin provided: Ice cubes in tray already made; washing up liquid; tea towels; hair dryer; washing machine;iron and board; coffee maker; multiple cooking implements; soap in the bathroom; sandwich maker; microwave. All the fittings are high quality, the beds are comfortable as is the sofa. The wi-fi is fast and faultless as is the Smart TV. About 200 yards outside the gated and safe residence is a run of 5 or 6 excellent bars and there is a supermarket nearby. Within a mile or so there are many shops and restaurants and I really liked the whole area - which is called Ten- Bel and is quite cosmopolitan. Many Brits for sure, but also Belgians for whom the area is named, Germans, French and others. I highly recommend it all and suggest you book Ana's apartment quickly before word spreads too far ! We'll be back

Appartement ok, gehele complex verouderd

De ontvangst was prima, vriendelijk en exact zoals afgesproken. Het appartement is oke en voldoet conform beschrijving. Douchewater is lekker warm. De bedden (2x 1 persoons) liggen goed, de (slaap)sofa in de kamer is geen aanrader om op te liggen. Het zwembad is mooi, de tuin erom heen ook. We vonden het jammer dat de balkonmuur hoog was, je kon eigenlijk niets zien. Verder is het gehele complex verouderd.

Great apartment, really clean and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and thereā€™s a good sized balcony. Augustin and Rosi are lovely. Itā€™s well located for shops and restaurants, large pool and grounds well maintained and very secure. Bus stop is nearby with very regular and cheap buses . Would definitely recommend and we would definitely like to return soon.

Los padres de Ana, son encantadores. No hay problema por las horas, ni de llegada, ni de salida. Los vecinos son muy amables. Tienen aparcamiento privado, aunque por las noches suele estar lleno.
