Sunny, detached villa with 180 square meters of living space in Castillo, in the municipality of Arnuero, very close to the beaches of Isla and Noja (4 km).
It has two floors, is well laid out, and is surrounded by a beautiful private garden. The first floor features a bedroom with a double bed, TV, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, as well as a foyer, separate kitchen, and living-dining room. It also has a wonderful porch facing the garden that is sure to make your vacation a success.
As for appliances, it is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic stove, coffee maker, toaster, iron, fridge-freezer, etc.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with a double bed, and another with two pull-out beds. There is also an extra sleeping space for a child on the living room sofa.
Located in the heart of the countryside, it has everything you need for a peaceful vacation in close contact with nature, just 4 km from the famous beaches of Noja and near the highway connecting to Santander (40 km). Cabárceno Nature Park (35 km), Santillana del Mar, Comillas, and Suances (50 km), etc. Very close by, just 5 km away, you’ll find a golf course, a go-kart track, horseback riding, canoeing, the Tide Mill Museum, a tourist office, bike rentals, a public swimming pool, a sports center, and more. The famous Ris de Noja Beach is a favorite among surfers, and there you’ll find a surf school offering beginner and advanced lessons. Just 5 km away is the beautiful town of Isla, whose stunning beaches and historic district are a must-see for tourists visiting the area. And in Santoña, a fishing village located 10 km away, you can enjoy its charming fishing harbor, buy its famous anchovies, or go shopping at its famous Saturday morning market.
