Important Seasonal Note: BLS HOA amenities are fully operational from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The HOA charges the following guest fees for facility use (ages 5+):
Daily Passes: $22 per individual OR $100 for a group pass (up to 6 people).
3 Day Passes: $50 per individual OR $250 for a group pass (up to 6 people).
7 Day Passes: $100 per individual OR $400 for a group pass (up to 6 people).

Full Privacy: Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire 2-level cabin and property, with the exception of one locked owner's closet and a few linen cabinets.
Easy Parking: Enjoy our large, flat driveway with ample space to comfortably park up to six cars. No parking off the paved area in order to protect our septic and propane systems.
