Astro's Dogwood Cabin ~ Pool Access & A/C & Pet friendly!

Astro’s Dogwood Cabin can’t wait to host you for a well-deserved 5 star experience! You will be greeted with elevated ceilings with beams. The living room is comfortable with a sofa and chairs, all pointed towards the beautiful wood stove, perfect for wood burning fires. The smart TV is located in the living area, which flows nicely with dining space for 6. The main level is where you will find a full bathroom as well as the 2 additional bedrooms, with Queen size beds. Upstairs will lead you to the primary suite with a King sized bed and full bathroom.

The spacious deck wraps around 2 sides of the house.

During the summer months, our guests have full access to the neighborhood Rec center, which includes pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, picnic area, snack shack, pool holds swim lesson classes and family fun nights occasionally. During the winter months, you’ll enjoy being only 20 miles from Bear Valley Ski Resort!

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved and housebroken dogs welcomed, but must not be left alone (must be over 1 year old - max 2 dogs) with $50 non-refundable pet fee (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing, max 2). Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
