Get ready to fall in love with our beautifully finished Arnold home with all the creature comforts you'll appreciate. Our cabin is 1624 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a loft. A wood stove, plus central heating will keep the whole family nice and toasty during the snowy winter months. While the ceiling fan in the living room and window AC unit in the master bedroom will cool down the house throughout the summertime. The deck in the front provides a place to sit outside and enjoy the serenity of the Sierras while sipping on your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

With two bedrooms and one full bathroom downstairs, a master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and loft upstairs there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One downstairs bedroom has a full bed and the other has a queen bed with room to throw down an air mattress. In the master bedroom enjoy the comfortable king size bed and private bathroom. In the loft there is a full size pull out sofa bed and a tv with an Amazon Fire Stick that allows you to login to all of your streaming services.

Downstairs you can hangout on the couch and watch your favorite shows, movies, or sports on the 58 inch smart tv or cook your treasured, family-favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The full bathroom downstairs includes a 5 cubic foot washer and large dryer to clean your snow gear after a fun day at Bear Valley or your swim gear after spending the day at White Pines Lake - a local favorite.

On the deck, BBQ enthusiasts will love having the option to use either the Traeger or offset smoker to wow your family and friends with your perfectly smoked brisket or ribs. If you're looking to grill some steaks, chicken, or even some vegetable kabobs you can wheel out the Weber from the garage and fire it up.

Grab a bottle of wine from the 20+ wineries in and around nearby Murphy's and come enjoy Arnold and all it's surrounding amenities. It's close proximity to snow in the winter and lakes in the summer make it a place where you can have your cake and eat it too!
