This house, accessible via a shared corridor, comprises a 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area.
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- A 21 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)

On the intermediate landing :
- A shower room with shower and WC
- A utility room with all the necessary equipment (washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board)

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, a baby bath and a cot, as well as fans (one per room).

Outside:
- A 9m² private courtyard with garden furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in the heart of Arnay-le-Duc. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
